AEO is a coalition of groups in the South working to address the opportunities and threats associated with energy extraction, and the related impacts on communities and the climate. How can we help facilitate their group collaboration online so that the process of coming together for social justice work can be less challenging and more rewarding?
Needing to connect with potential new participants and encourage collaborative within their participant network, my mission was to help them properly communicate with new and current participants so that they can easily learn about how they work together, their principles, and their unique story.
I built their website, iconography, and branding guide for the website to reflect the way they practice social and environmental advocacy. I made sure to make the website feel both finished and expandable for the future.
Since the launch of the website, participants have been visiting the site to receive more information on current projects and objectives. The collaborative participants and founders feel more confident in sharing their website with new participants.
